    Description: A nice size map that plays most of the standard game
      types, heat is 0.8 which is quite HOT but it is a
      desert. All Team games support 4 teams with each team
      having its own base in its own corner, the bases have
      two mech repair bays in a protected bunker.
      spread around the map are walls in stragetic
      positions that teams will want to take.

    Notes:  Water hole is very deep and has a steep incline in
      in which non JJ mechs cannot get out of and will be
      trapped inside and used as target practice for mechs
      sitting on the rim. Also this map has been tested and
      tested and contains no known major faults.

    Banzai Training Mission 2.
    This mission is to allow you to practice your sniper and anti sniper skills.

    This mission places you in a real combat enviroment. Your mission is to find and destroy 8 AI mechs.The mission supports 2 teams, both are allied.
    Team 1 is for mechs 60tons and over, Team 2 is for mechs 60tons and under. The mission will end when the training is over. You will get 1 point per kill. You should try and finish with more kills than deaths. This mission was designed for up to 4 players but I have left in support for up to 16 players. Because there are only 8 points to be had on the entire mission, this mission could be used for friendly grab the most points to win events.

    Description: CM_Ambush is a mountainious map with deep water coving the lower parts of the map. This map has underwater and above water fighting. Team one base is located in the NE corner of the map, and Team 2 is located in the SW corner. The Center Base is owned by the RoughRiders. Each base has turret defenses, mech bays, and hogarth dropships. There is 2 destroyers , one for team one and one for team two. 6 Harrasers per team are setup as well. The center base is AI controled with Turrets,Dropship,mechbays, and 4 AI mechs all allied with the RoughRiders. The Center Area is the High ground and worth trying to get control of. Jump jets are required to navigate this map due to the steap cliffs and deep water. There are also ambush pits about the map good for hidding in :) (these pits need jets to get out of them). This map has been going through alot of beta testing amounst CM. Been taking suggestions and taking more time with this map to bring out a better looking map with a different playing style and layout. Snow footfalls work. Turrets work (but aren't quite a many as on my previous maps). Dropships bounce a bit on client side, but aren't bounching badly and can be shot and shoot back. Destroyers will travel the map this time if the water is deep enough :).

    Harrashers travel this map ok as well. Bots do ok traveling this map in Attrition gameplay, but not very well in Team Attrition (Yes another player map folks, hate it when the lattice won't cooperate with the server bots.). This map has trees as well. Its graphical look is far better than my other maps. The underwater battles are fun as well. All player styles can come into effect with this map as well. This map is set for Attrition and Team Attrition (2 Team). This map could be mission roll played by leagues if they so chose as well. Unfortunatly the only AI in MW4 that can be seen on Client side radar is the AI mechs and server bots ( I really hope this issue gets resolved soon :( ) This map has a mini map as well (shift M).Lighting has been ajusted and moving items will cast a shadow :)

    An NFX file has been added in this zip for those of you who play Black Knight. All AI can bee seen on client side radar in Black Knight and turrets will fire normally. Most AI return fire on you can be seen as well. So this map plays more to design in Black Knight.

  • Copy the CM-Ambush/resource/maps files to your MW4 resource/maps folder
  • Copy the CM-Ambush/resource/usermissions file to your MW4 resource/usermissions folder

    After doing the above, CM-Ambush should work for you in MW4 and Black Knight. Hope you enjoy this map as well.

    There are 4 Mech Bays Don't turn your back on the AI on this map. Watch out for LRM carriers :) They can light you up nicely!

    Now Plays with BK and Vengeance
    CM-Gauntlet is a true maze map. The bots don't work well with this map in Team Attrition, but do ok in Attrition. They still won't travel across the map though. So this map is really recommended for Player play. There are 8 pirate mechs who will kill anything. 8 Merc mechs setup 4 to each team around team mechbays. 5 Bays on this map. Turrets are set on ridges around each team area. Mini-map will show you the layout. Radar will show the mechs on both server and client side. Mines are hidden under the water, so watch your step (even I forget where they are). More of a water desert combo terrain. It offers a real challange with a full load of players. This is the 2nd map Done by Commander Silver Cloud
    Just make sure you put the resource/map files in MW4's resource/map directory and you put the resource/usermissions files in MW4's resource/usermissions directory. Do that and you're all set to play it :)

  • cm Hostile -




    Description:
    Welcome to Mars colony, this area has been in hostile fighting for years. Your Alies are not to be trusted as they could be rebels in hiding. Rebel raids have been known to happen in this colony from time to time. So be on your guard. Also keep an eye out for other agressers as well. This is still a newly establish colony and this fighting has already destoryed a few buildings. But we are still trying to make this Mars Colony are home away from home. Try to keep destruction down to a minumum, and carefull of shooting buildings and fuel tanks!! Building materials and Fuel are in short supply here. You have your orders now move out, Mechwarrior !! Commander Karver, Star League Mars division , out

    To install this map: This is a standard zip map file and contains subfolders within the zip.

    Description:
    Welcome to CM-RedwoodsV2. Alot of things were fixed with this version to make it the smoothest running multiplayer map and to make it as realistic as the Black Knight editor would allow.

    The story: You are dropped into a forested canyon area. The wood and water here is prized for its quality and the area makes a good stop over for passing dropships amongst the trade routes. This is a prised area among folks of the Outer Rim territories. Pick your side and defend it well. Carful of the few annoying Rebels sprouting from a rebel base near. The thunderstorms for this area are always going. Lightening and fog can make it really hard to see your enemy well depending on how the weather is at the time of launch. The water is deep in areas and cause of the sediment is quite merky and will have you relying on your instruments more then your eyes. Support Mechs are already in place to defend key structures and stronghold defenses and turrets are in place as well. So choose your side MechWarrior and Defend it well.

    Description: CM-RedwoodsV2 is a forest map with very tall tree trunks made from the terrain, branches made from cultural trees, mulitple sounds added for tree trunks, grass, and island edges, grided mini-map,lighting adjusted,fog colored and set to look more natural (and is server setting adjustable), and rain and lightening effects added as well. To avoid most bugs that appeared on clientside, only mech and turret AI was used. Buildings are placed to offer better cover and defeses are setup to defend these buildings fairly well. The lattice only needed a couple nodes moved, so the server bots and Mech AI will travel this map pretty well. Underwater fog was added to give a merky underwater look while underwater. This map was several months in the making. It has gone through severel changes and had to be remade three times due to editor and game problems with the new BK 1.0/MW4 3.0 patch. So rest assured this map went through some major testing and research to reach its final version. This map supports: Destruction, Team Destruction, Attrition, Team Attrition, King of The Hill (Hill is underwater), and Team King of the Hill gameplay types. Plans are in the works to add Stronghold and SiegeAssult mission to the map seperately.

    How to install this map: This map is packed using Winzip. Winzip will make a folder in the zip called CM-RedwoodsV2. Within the CM-RedwoodsV2 Folder is the Resource Sub Folder With In the Sub Folder Called Resource is 2 More Sub Folders One Called Maps and One Called Usermissions. Put the Files From Resource/Maps Into your MW4 Resource/Maps Folder. Put the Files From Resource/Usermissions Into your MW4 Resource/Usermissions folder. DO NOT UNZIP THE CM-REDWOODSV2.ZIP DIRECTLY INTO YOUR MW4 DIRECTORY AS IT WILL NOT WORK THAT WAY. Follow the above directions and the map should work fine for you in Black Knight play :)

  • cm Spiderhills -




    Description:
    This grassy, Mountain terrain is spider shaped on the mini-map. Hence the name. I couldn't find culturals that would really fit the terrain color of this map. So I just added 2 Mech Hangers, about 16 barracks,about 32 turrets widspread,12 AI mechs, and 5 or 6 Mechbays. Just enough to keep the map from being to barren.Deep Water was added to the lower terrain as well. Due to the shape of the mountains, jumpjets are recommended and server bots don't travel this map too well in Team Attrition. Gameplay types supported are Attrition, Team Attrition, King of the Hill, and Team King of the Hill. This map plays well in Attrition and Team Attrition, But its gameplay is best with King of the Hill and Team King of the Hill. We've found no serious flaws with this map (ones we did find have already been corrected).
    Just place the files in the resource/maps folder into your MW4 resource/map folder. Place the files in the resource/usermissions folder into your MW4 resource/usermissions folder. Do the above and you'll be all set to play CM-Spiderhills in MW4 and Black Knight


  • cm SunkenRockies -




    Description:
    This map is a baren rocky terrain with lots of canyons with the deep water making islands of the terrain everywhere.This map has lightening, standard fog, underwater fog, rocky footsounds, grided mini map(water not showing on mini map), and lighting adjusted as well. Lightening effects will light up hidden creaveses in the terrain (no fear they are solid). This maps supports: Absolute Attrition,Team Absolute Attrition,Attrition, Team Attrition, Destruction, Team Destruction,King of the Hill, Team King of the Hill, and Capture the Flag (flags are underwater and protected by underwater turrets). This map isn't quite like my others. Its more open and less defended to appeal to more to players in the Mecha Comunity.     Welcome to CM-UrbanHell, another map brought to you by Cloud's Mercs and made by Commander Silver Cloud. Jumpjets are recommened for building jumping and escaping the ambush pits layed out on this map. This Map was created to simulate a mostly abandoned city with a few factions fighting over what is left. This Map supports Attrition, Team Attrition, King of The Hill, and Team King of the Hill gameplay types. The AI Turrets are brutal, The AI mechs will put up a good fight on their own, Server bots travel this map well in all the gamplay types that allow server bots, and the vehicle AI keeps you on your toes as well. Hope you find this map enjoyable as it is Silver Cloud's first City Map.

    To install this map: Unzip the zip file into a seperate directory (Not directly into your MW4 directory). Once the zip file is unziped there will be a Main Folder called CM-UrbanHell. Within this main folder there is a Resource sub folder. Within this sub folder are 2 more sub folders on called Maps and Usermissions. The files in the maps folder should be copied to your MW4 Resource/Maps folder and the files in the Usermissions folder should be copied in your Resource/Usermissions. Once these files are copied into the right folders the map should play well for you in MW4 and Black Knight play.

    Description: This is the first release map that I have made.  This map supports all types of multiplayer gameplay included in the original MW4: Vengeance.  The terrain is set in a cold, blue, environment.  There is also lightning at night.  Watchout for the tanks and mechs defending the center!  They really make king of the hill interesting, and they give no mercy.  Although this map is pretty much completed, I may provide future releases if I encounter any extra bugs I did not catch.

    Team 2: Upon reaching Team Dropzone #2 you will receive warning of enemy mechs approching nav points under your control. You must stop the enemy mechs from scanning three nav and escaping via an
    extraction nav point.

    Basic Team Destruction rules.
    Team 1 will score 1 point for each nav point successfully scaned will win if they scan all three nav points and successfully escape via an extraction nav.

    which is described below:

    DESERT ASSAULT TEAM ATTRITION SCORING

    The basic idea is to destroy the enemy base, while maintaining control of the
    communication facilities and high points at the center of the map.

    Specifically, your team has several objectives:
    1) Keep both communications facilities out of enemy hands. Destroy them if you cannot
       hold them. These facilities are at Nav Yankee and Nav Zulu. This is
       extremely important. If you ignore this objective you will lose.
    2) Protect your base (HQ, Repair Bay, and Defenses).
    3) Maintain control of the two hills near Nav Center, they are at Nav Alpha and Nav Bravo.
    4) Destroy enemy tonnage.
    A facility or nav point is controlled if you are within 400m.
    Each team starts the game with a convoy that tries to capture Yankee (Team 1) or Zulu
    (Team 2).
    ----------------------
    I can't express how important it is to escort and screen the convoys heading to Yankee and
    Zulu. If your team can hold these positions, you can rack up some serious points. An
    effective mobile defense of these positions can may be critical difference between winning
    and losing.
    Position screening mechs at Yankee between Yankee and Bravo. Position screening mechs
    at Zulu in the valley between Zulu and Alpha.  DO NOT let the enemy get withing 1000m
    of these sites.
    Remember, the convoys control these sites with their Cargo Tracks. You don't have to
    put mechs at the site to hold it. You must protect these sites as long as possible.
    If you do you will gain a serious advantage which the opposing team will have great
    difficulty overcoming.
    Remember, this is a TEAM game, individual scores are irrelevant. For those that care,
    your ZoneStats scores will be tracked as normal Team Attrition scoring, NOT the scores
    you receive while playing this mission.

    Here is how scoring is done:

    game, the relative scoring between teams is what counts
    anyway. Don't worry, it's a Custom Attrition game so
    it shouldn't mess up your ZoneStats if that really matters to
    you :)

    Many of the game parameters can be configured. There are two files, params.abi and
    botparams.abi in the content/ABLScripts/UserMissions/Desert Assault directory. If you
    are hosting this mission on your server, you can modify things you wish.
    -----------------
    Behind each team's HQ is a row of indestructible transports (aka "buttons") labeled
    Defend Alpha, Defend Bravo, Defend Yankee, Defend Zulu, Attack Yankee, Attack Zulu,
    Defend DZ, Run Wild, Follow Me, Default. If you shoot one of these, you override the default
    mech-bot strategy and the bots will follow the order. The order will stay in effect
    for good unless you choose a new order or shoot at the Default "button". While crude,
    it is the only way I could find to order commands. This option is enabled by default,
    but you can disable it if you modify the COMMAND_CONTROL flag in params.abi.
    Another row of command buttons for commanding each teams' Condor Tanks. The buttons
    are Tanks To Alpha, Tanks To Bravo, Tanks To Yankee, Tanks To Zulu, Tanks To Enemy DZ,
    Tanks Follow Me, Tanks Return Home.
    -----------------
    THE TICKER
    The ticker is fired off every 30 seconds or so in the chat box. It indicates the time left
    in the mission, the current team scores, which team control each nav point, and the current
    victory level for the winning team.
    Example:
    12:43 10244 23475** A2 B? Y1 Z- tactical
    The first item means there is 12:43 left in the mission
    The second item means that team 1 has 10244 points
    The third item means that team 2 has 23475 and two stars means tactical victory level
    The fourth item means that nav Alpha is controlled by team 2.
    The fifth item means that nav Bravo is contested. No points are collected by the team that
        controlled bravo first, yet they still have control of the turrets at Bravo.
    The sixth item, Y1, means that team 1 controls nav Yankee.
    The seventh item means noone currently control nav Zulu.
    The eight item indicates the winning team's current victoy level (redundant with the stars).
    Use this as a guide as to what you plan to do next!
    -----------------
    THE BOTS
    I have reprogrammed each teams' bots to work as a lance. They will cooperate on their own
    to capture and hold nav points. Unlike typical MS bots, they don't run around like a
    chicken with their head cut off, rather they cooperate together to accomplish their
    missions. It's OK to have bots allocated to each team bacause you can order them to
    hold nav points, like good marines they are LOL! Also, the bots use the repair facilities.
    I have found that giving each team 2 or 3 bots makes for good competitive play, so don't
    shy away from giving each team some bots to give people something to play with.
    Each team also starts off with 16 Condor tanks which you can use as a hammer to control
    key locations on the map.

    BOT HANDICAP AND COOP MISSION PLAY
    If you play against the AI, the AI team only collects points for controlling nav points.
    A team with human players only collect points for holding if the enemy team also has human players.
    To put it simply, a team can only collect points for holding if the other team hs human players on it!
    When playing against the AI, you have to prevent the AI team from controlling nav points.
    All other scoring still applies. This can be turned off by setting the BOT_OPPONENT_HANDICAP
    in params.abi to false. The default is true.
    One good way to play coop is to give the enemy AI team enough bots to equal your human team.
    It's fun and challenging.

    TOURNAMENT PLAY AND VICTORY LEVELS
    The mission keeps track of victory levels.
    For tournament play I recommend the following team scores:
    Marginal Victory - This is a 1:1 or better score over the other team. This is worth 1 point.
    Tactical Victory - This is a 2:1 or better score over the other team. This is worth 2 points.
    Decisive Victory - This is a 3:1 or better score over the other team. This is worth 3 points.
    The mission indicates this in the ticker.

Once all three (3) Objectives have been successfully scouted, the Recon Mech must escape to one of three (3) Randomly generated Extraction Points on the Map. The Mission ends when:

    a) The Recon Mech has been eliminated, or;
    b) The Recon Mech successfully reaches it's assigned Extraction Point.


    Based on Ash's original AS ScoutRun script but with lots of changes.
    Not having fixed, predictable recon points was the driving force
    behind creation of this script. Total unpredictability and challenge

    Your Missions
    1st Objective is to Defend MODLS -
    Mobile Orbital Defense at Nav Gamma.
    2nd Objective is to Defend All Cargotracks,
    on route to the Base where the MODLS are at.
    3rd Objective is to Destroy All Attackers.

    Mission Fails
    1st Objective; if one of the MODLS gets Destroyed you Failed.

    Hidden Missions
    2nd Objective; if one of the Cargotracks gets Destroyed you
    have failed to defend all the Cargotracks. Now the Hidden
    Objectives to defend whats left of the Cargotracks.
    If you lose all of the Cargotracks, No big deal.
    You'll have to go back and defend Supply again at a later time.
    The Base needs you to help Defend from whats left of Dropships
    that came in from Orbit, we know that 4 came in, 2 where shot
    down by our MODLS. And there in this immediate area, they might
    attack the Base to Destroy the MODLS. So the Cargotracks will be
    driving at 3/4 speed and they will be moving out.
    So you will need fast mechs Preferbly Heavys but you can use Asaults.
    Speed is the facter here get to it.
    Once the Base is secured and All Attackers are destroyed.
    Then take out the Dropships.

    the first one is the spiral staircases in the towers if you take
    a 75 tonner or less you can move up fairly quickly and some of the
    turns are tight so dont get yourself stuck, the larger mechs

    Mechstorm forums are available to help map makers and players a like.

    Introduction:

    Capture and Hold is a MW4 conversion of a popular Unreal gaming mode.
    The teams fight over a base, patch of land, anything in fact. The game it self
    is not relaint on the anything except nav points so you will find the
    enviroments this game is used in can change greatly. Turrets and other useful
    things can be added or taken away as the map maker sees fit which should mean
    this game changes from map to map. Your enjoyment of this product will also
    change from map to map depending the map makers own tastes and playing style.

    Installation:
    Simply extract this archive directly in to your Mechwarrior 4 Directory. The
    files will install into the correct locations automatically. To play any Capture and
    Hold map, Select custom undefined gametype from the lobby and the map will appear on
    the pull down list. Users will see Team king of the hill as the game type for
    some strain reason.

    The Basics:
    Everything you need to know is displayed in the lobby discription. The game is
    based around 2 teams and those teams fight to hold the base for 5 mins. The
    first team to enter the base captures it and then must hold it. If they are
    pushed out of the base before 5 mins up the base will change hands as soon as
    the next mech enters it.

    The sounds used in this gametype are there to warn player of important events.
    The exact message they give to the player is 100% right for this gametype because
    the Devteam only give us a few sounds to use on our maps so we have had to make
    do.

    I do not think it will spoil your enjoyment of the map or gametype though.

    A deserted Word Of Blake Monastery.
    Located on the far reaches of a flooded tidal mudswamp.
    Many have dared to enter the monastery to try and claim some lost artifacts but
    none have returned.
    The Swamp surrounding the monastery were once the training grounds of the finest
    warriors the Word of Blake had to offer. Now just a old and forgotten
    reminance of a time long ago.
    The legions who now cross these swamps are considered mud ducks due to
    the heavy mud build up in the legs and lower torsos of thier mechs.

  • RiverValley2 -



    RiverValley 2 is a BK Only Map and needs Bk upgraded to pr1 to work.
    RiverValley is the second map made by TCB.  The map is kind of like a GhostHighways map, but instead of a road cutting down the middle RiverValley uses a river that runs from one corner of the map to the other.  RiverValley plays all the standard BK games types like Attrition and Destruction, plus the team plays also.  There is also a StrongHold map that lets you defend the StrongHold forts of Angel One and Falcon Claw.  Angel One is the Blue team and Falcon Claw is the Red team.  The object is to take out the others fort HQ and Comm centers while defending your fort.  Good luck because each fort uses elite turrets and fire stations.  Version 2 takes out a couple of buildings that had the no damage bug. 
    RiverValley2 is a self installer map.  Just download it and click the file and it will do all the installing for you.

    PLAYING TIPS:
    Sentinel Dawn supports up to four Teams. Each Team Base has a hardened 'Mech Repair Facility. Heavy structures such as walls and hangars cannot be destroyed. Use the in-game map grid to your advantage. Battle Area = 5120m x 5120m.

    TEAM PLAY:
    For the fairest team game, choose Teams 1 and 3. To close the gap between bases, choose Team 1 and 4, or 2 and 4.

    I think this map looks great during the day, but it has one of the best plays at night for Attrition and Team Attrition.

    Description: A hot primordial planet where the crust is still forming, and mining for valuable ores takes place round volcanic vents. Rugged islands protrude from a sea of lava. The main islands of rock are connected by a network of bridges. These bridges can be destroyed so Jump Jets are strongly advised for 'mechs. Rocky outcrops and smaller islands also allow 'mechs to take a variety of routes when equipped with Jump Jets.

    Notes:      Bots do not work well on this map. Bots will not cross bridges or lava and will stay on their spawn islands. The map heat (0.8 HSE) is the same as Scrub and Dustbowl. Lava areas will damage a 'mechs legs and cause heating of the 'mech. Darker areas of lava surrounding islands will heat a 'mech. The minimap has an 8x8 grid.

    Description:    A hot primordial planet where the crust is still forming, and mining for valuable ores takes place round volcanic vents. Rugged islands protrude from a sea of lava. The main islands of rock are connected by a network of bridges. These bridges can be destroyed so Jump Jets are strongly advised for 'mechs. Rocky outcrops and smaller islands also allow 'mechs to take a variety of routes when equipped with Jump Jets.

    Notes: Bots do not work well on this map. Bots will not cross bridges or lava and will stay on their spawn islands. The map heat (0.8 HSE) is the same as Scrub and Dustbowl. Lava areas will damage a 'mechs legs and cause heating of the 'mech. Darker areas of lava surrounding islands will heat a 'mech. The minimap has an 8x8 grid.

The 2 teams vs 2 teams gametypes score as normal Team attrition/destruction. The only difference is that teams 1 and 2 are allied and teams 3 and 4 are allied.

    Description:
    Titan- the largest of Saturns moons and the second largest moon in the solar system. Under the thick cloud cover in the cold gloom the Titan Ethane Company extracts ethane from the abundent crater lakes on the surface. Around this small outpost a small military presence is maintained, mainly for low temperature training purposes.

    Notes:
    Bots seem to do OK on this map. For a map heat comparison Lunacy has a Heat Sink Efficiency (HSE) of 1.7, this map has a HSE of 1.5 but the lakes can be used for cooling. The minimap has an 8x8 grid.

    Absolute Recon
    --------------

    A lone Mech (Team 1) must Recon three (3) Randomly generated Objectives, while avoiding two (2) Defending Mechs (Team 2). Once all three (3) Objectives have been successfully scouted, the Recon Mech must escape to one of three (3) Randomly generated Extraction Points on the Map. The Mission ends when:

    a) The Recon Mech has been eliminated, or;
    b) The Recon Mech successfully reaches it's assigned Extraction Point.


    Based on Ash's original AS ScoutRun script but with lots of changes.
    Not having fixed, predictable recon points was the driving force
    behind creation of this script. Total unpredictability and challenge
    awaits everyone, whether you are the attacker or the defender.

    MAP OVERVIEW
    After the defeat of Archon-Princess Katherine Morgan Steiner-Davions forces on New Syrtis George Hasek has gathered his troops and has landed on the Volcanic Tundra of New Avalon. Though many battles rage on around the planet his will be more difficult. The battle field is cut into two swats of land by a raging volcano. Intel shows that there are areas where Mechs could cross the lava flow at a cost. This area was not unfortified as expected. All bases have either Colliope turrets which are deadly accurate or Cavalry support. Fort #2 has one of Katherines dropships fueled up and ready to pop smoke if things get too hairy. Intel reports also show that at Fort #3 has 2 ICBMs that could be dangerous to our allies if left unattended. Repair Bays are located at Fort #1 and #2, we must use our resources sparingly.

    On a dark black world hidden in WidowMaker space lays the Arena for the WidowMaker trials.  The trials take place in a large flat open circle, marked with the Widowmaker emblem.  Surrounding this circle lay mounds of the dark grey earth scourched with red rings.

    1. Open the Zip file using WinZip in Classic mode.

    4. Select the folder that MechWarrior4 Vengeance is installed to (same folder which contains mw4.exe), the main MW4 directory.
    5. Click Extract.

    To double check propper instalation there should be 10 new files in your mech4 esourceusermissions folder and 2 new files in your mech4 esourcemaps folder.  All will have the Widow_Trial name.

    Do NOT put any file in the mech4 esoucemissions folder

    On the multiplayer side, this is a map of small islands with large stretches of ocean in between. Dropzones are 2500 meters apart with four kilometers of playing area. Everything you need for a good ambush. Supports Attrition, Destruction, Team Att., Team Destruction, Clan v Inner Sphere, Goliaths, CTF, KotH, TKotH, Absolute Attrition and Team Abs Attrition.

    Good ambient night lighting makes for some spectacular night battles

    Here, on the planet Worthing, winter is in its first stages.  This peaceful world has mostly been ignored by the major powers.  However, with recent changes in the borders of some of these major powers, Worthing now offers a large tactical advantage.  The final battle has come down to the "holy" lands near the temple of Jason Worthing.  Only time will tell teh out come of Worthing.

    Setting:  Game looks best with Weather ON Default Fog.

    Supports: Supports up to 8 teams for Attrition, Team Attrition, Destruction, Team Destruction, Capture the Flag.

    Install:  Directions for WinZip only.

     Open the worthing.zip file in WinZip. 

     Click Extract (should pop-up a new window).

     In this new window go to the bottum left corner and make sure the option "use folder names" IS checked.
     
     Select your main MW4 directory (the same one the mw4.exe).
     
     Click Extract.

     To double check that the install worked correctly, there should be 2 Worthing files in the mech4 esourcemaps and 4 worthing files in the mech4 esourceusermissions folder.  Do note that NOTHING goes in the mech4 esourcemissions folder


  • ZoneFix - This doesn't happen to everyone but if you lockup in the Mercs Lobby or can't see all the server games this might help. TCB

    I made a file that fixed the lobby I had a few people test it out worked everytime
    what this bug fix do u ask well, In case you havent noticed but Im sure you did was when in the Lobby waiting to see all the hosted games it locks up quite often exspecially if u try and update well I fixed it with a simple reg file mektek never told us to change or came out with a file to do so but it needs to be changed in order to work properly, u will be able to connect in a blink of an eye instead of that terrible wait sometimes while it says checking for updates. Also u will be able to view into the servers better now that this is fixed so u can see who is playing and download players without that locking up to. Only thing is I advise is that if u have IP's dont use them on a regular basis keep them off or on a seperate connection. Because your computer will not connect as fast do to it looking for IP's before connecting to the zone. but if u wish to keep it on the same connection and run IP's as well u can still benifit from my Bug fix it just wont be no "one sec updates." However u still wont lock up in lobby and u can still view players in game easier and smoother even if you use IP's and ;;Zone on same connection but I will say again for better performance keep them seperate.
