Most likely made with a brush there are different kinds. Almost minds me of factal brushes. But i could be wrong. since elements 2 came out there are easie ways of doin things now since it has just about every filter makes graphics easier to do .

I just had a logo made and it uses close to the same brush stroke. So I was thinking there might be a program out there or plugin that is doing it. Elements 5 I saw in the store the other day. I also have Elements 2 that came with my Camera. They keep moving up on the verisons and they will have to call it Elements CS 2. lol
