What maps do you like best in Mercs Mechwarrior.

Ok,, I just took down the Mercs Mechwarrior 4 Game server. I want to add visibitily "Clear" to all the maps on it. Also I want to add a few more maps to the server since it seems to be working great with 16 players, so my question is:
Which maps do you like to play best in Mercs Mechwarrior?

Right now I have the standard mercs maps along with the BK and Veng maps. Doesnt matter. I just want to see what maps people like because I am new and really dont know all the maps people like to play yet.

TY TCB. Well Im not sure where u can get cubes from that is a good map. I think MWL has it not sure. It is a brawler map mainly it is fun also pier 18 too forgot about that one. Very Happy

Is Cube a map most people will have? Just asking cause I know in BK when we would play that map alot people didn't install it and they would be kicked, but mercs people seem alot better at installing maps.

Most of Merc players have it. Alot of us Dled it when it was first approved. Only ones that might not have it is anyone who reinstlled mercs recently. I dont know I played the map the other night and all of us had it I was in Blade i do believe. But if someone doesnt have it all it does is give them the link to the map before it kicks em and they dled it then they can come back in. It is up to u Very Happy

and same with pier 18 most ppl already have it

Ice Cube and Pier18 have been added to the maps. I also added Area51 and Flooded City which I liked. Any other maps anyone?

being from vengence mostly , my favorite maps are innercity TD lakefront TD or TB palacegates TD or TB i like pier18 icecube w00t Cool

also if you make some of the maps like innercity a team destruction game only then it keeps pilots from taking straightup n00b rushing light and medium mechs. TD keeps the game fresh and it almost forces everyone to beef up to heavies and assaults also making some of the maps only 15 mins might change gameplay too. like if you do a very small map TB 15 minutes then that kind of forces everyone to engage and there will be less sniping like there will be in TD anyways just some ideas

I like your ideas. The next time I work on the Cyclemap list I'm going to make some changes like you suggested. Sounds good. It will help make the game play different from some of the other servers.
